AmI’10 supports AAL Open Association (AALOA)

The AmI’10 organization has established a collaboration agreement with the AAL Open Association (AALOA)

AALOA was initially promoted by the partners of the European Integrated Projects PERSONA and universAAL and its incubation is currently coordinated by CNR-ISTI (Italy), Fraunhofer-IGD (Germany), ITACA-UPV (Spain), and SINTEF (Norway).

AALOA Manifesto defines the rationale and the purposes of the association. Today, the Manifesto is a dissemination effort of the EU projects MonAmI, OASIS, OsAmI-commons, PERSONA, SOPRANO, universAAL and WASP. Individuals and organizations are invited to join this initiative.

Pre-program just released

The pre-program of the conference part of AmI-10 is now online. 40 papers have been selected, ranging from short papers (focused and condensed contributions) to landscapes ones (model of the field/new directions). Structured in 13 sessions, they form the core part of the conference, in addition to several keynotes to be announced. Posters and Demos complement this content-rich event.

Workshops: it is still time to submit!

Seven workshops are scheduled at Ami-10. Researchers in their respective fields are encouraged to submit papers.

WS5 Accessible user interfaces for future TV applications
WS6 Radically Innovative AAL Services before October 6th
WS7 Convergence and Consolidation Towards Standard AAL Platforms before october 6th
